The BUFFALO GROUP is advertising for an Irregular Warfare Analyst.
The Irregular Warfare Analyst will be the Primary Point-of-Contact to Government SIAs and Branch Chiefs on Threat Network Analysis Support. Will review deliverables prior to submission to Government for acceptance and assists in the tracking and evaluation of ongoing operations and activities. Will be accountable for all aspects of Threat Network Analysis Support contract analysis and production support. Will provides supervision and technical support to analysts. Will guide junior analysts using Intelligence Community Directives and research and analysis tradecraft during assessment production.
Must have a MA or MS Degree
Must have TS SCI clearance
-15 years of experience working in the intelligence community
-10 years of experience supporting the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
-15 years of experience with Irregular Warfare problem sets
-Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools
-Superior understanding of Intelligence Community Analytic Integrity Standards
-Demonstrated experience with analytic tradecraft, publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
-Expert ability developing and delivering professional briefings and multimedia presentations
-Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
-Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
