SALLYPORT is seeking to hire two tactical recruiters to recruit for various OCONUS security and logistical support programs. This position is in Reston, Virginia so the ideal candidate should have retired or EAS’d in the Northern Virginia/DC/MD area. The two candidates must have prior Military recruiting experience, be motivated and have a drive to succeed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to manage multiple programs. Supports the Business Unit's staffing efforts by conducting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to inprocessing. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of Sallyports international contracts.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications. Determines candidates' qualifications, KSAs and cultural fit by conducting phone interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements; evaluates applicants’ qualifications by reviewing the candidates’ military records (DD214) and other records.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements via the Internet or any other pertinent employment service delivery systems; successfully utilizes creative sourcing techniques and social networking tools for attracting highly trained and qualified applicants.
Collaborates with senior management team to assess future staffing requirements and develop appropriate talent strategies and pipelines. Assists with design and implementation of external candidate recruiting programs that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce. Uses multiple sourcing techniques including cutting edge technology/social networking.
Assists with the design/modification/shaping of efficient, compliant and scalable recruitment processes, practices and strategies to meet organizational needs and business objectives. Provides oversight and coordination of screening, recruiting and administrative efforts, as well as ensuring legal compliance with federal hiring regulations in regard to all talent acquisition initiatives and related programs.
Follows up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities. Compiles, assembles, and processes candidates’ recruitment approval packets for the hiring process.
Responsible for posting, updating and removing all open OCONUS positions in the Company's applicant tracking system. Maintains the program database pertaining to all Recruitment issues and/or taskings.

Expertise in volume hiring and understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, process development and its impact on overall business strategy.
Working knowledge of recruiting/staffing policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ability to apply policies, procedures and regulations appropriately.
Must possess the ability to work in a high-stress, rapid paced environment. Must be a selfstarter and have the ability to manage own performance. Effectively, plans and organizes time and priorities to achieve business results.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of high volume recruiting personnel with military and Special Operations specific backgrounds.
Recruiting Certification (e.g., CRS) preferred.
Minimum of Active Secret Security Clearance Required
